Q2Business description

  • 2-1. What kind of business do you do?

    The Group develops and provides a variety of technology services.
    Drawing on our strengths in UI/UX from an end-user perspective that we have cultivated through years of experience with smartphone content services, we are engaged in AI and DX services businesses as well as healthcare services, which have high growth potential.

  • 2-2. What are your business models for each business?

    The business model for our content business is a BtoC business where profit basically comes from monthly fees paid by the end users (subscribers).
    It is characterized by being a “stock-type business” where sales can be secured as a fixed income on a stable monthly basis.
    The central business model for our healthcare business is a BtoBtoC stock-type model where we collect monthly fees from municipalities, medical institutions, and corporate clients to build our platform for individual-centered healthcare data, and then basically provide the app to patients, local residents, and other end users for free (*).
    For our AI business and other businesses, we have adopted a BtoB business model.

  • 2-3. What kinds of services do you offer end users?

    We offer content services in various genres, such as music.jp, where you can find comprehensive entertainment including music, videos, and books, and Life Ranger, where you can find weather and map navigation information.
    Our healthcare services include Luna-Luna, which provides health information for women, and the health management service KARADAmedica.
    We also provide a number of other services that support the healthcare of our end users, such as the child-raising support app Boshimo via municipalities, the health checkup results notification app CARADA via health check centers, a medicine notebook via dispensaries, and an online medical examination app via hospitals and clinics.

  • 2-4. What kinds of initiatives will you do in the future?

    We will focus on expanding sales in our healthcare business, which has high growth potential, as well as promote DX among corporate clients through our AI business, among others.Also in our content business, we will keep the current number of paying subscribers while work to expand our business of providing original comics.
